This website is owned and operated by Notes to Self Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Notes to Self Ltd. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Price, Currency & GST
All prices displayed on this website are stated in New Zealand dollars, including GST. Delivery charges are not included and will be added at the check out. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy for more details.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

The website contains links to Third Party Websites that are not controlled by Notes to Self. We are not liable for the content or security of any Third Party Websites and you link and use any Third Party Websites at your own risk.
Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars only, we do not accept payments in other currencies. Notes to Self Ltd accept payment by credit card (Stripe), Paypal, and Laybuy.
LAYBUY is a service independent to Notes to Self Ltd, and as such your payment obligations will lie with LAYBUY through the account you establish with them. If you have any questions regarding your future payments please contact LAYBUY directly as we are unable to assist.
If you fail to make a payment, a default fee of $10 may be charged. Additional failure to make payments will result in further charges being applied to your account. These fees may be incurred for each payment that is late. For full terms and conditions please visit the LAYBUY website here.
LAYBUY is available to New Zealand based customers only.
We are currently delivering to New Zealand and Australian addresses only and endeavour to despatch as soon as we can.
Delivery within New Zealand:
We will endeavour to despatch as soon as we can, but please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from the receipt of your order. Allow an extra 2-4 days for rural delivery.
We love everything we sell and would like to ensure your orders reach you in great condition. We do not ship to PO Boxes and all our parcels must be signed for on receipt. We understand that you might be working or attending to your other commitments during normal working hours, in this case you can either provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone can sign for your parcel or a courier will leave a calling card behind and you will have two options: collect your ‘goodies’ from the courier depot or organize a re-delivery free of charge.
We offer FREE delivery for orders NZ$80 and over. Smaller orders are charged at a flat rate of NZ$5 per order.
Delivery to Australia:
We will endeavour to despatch as soon as we can, but please allow 5-10 working days for delivery from the receipt of your order. Your order can be delivered to a PO Box. We offer FREE delivery for orders NZ$200 and over. Your order will be despatched via NZ Post Easy Tracked. Smaller orders are charged at the following rates:
NZ Post Air Parcel – $15. This is a non-trackable and non-signature required service and we do not accept responsibility for orders that are damaged, stolen or lost once they have been delivered.
NZ Post Easy Tracked – $25. This is a trackable, but non-signature required service. Therefore we do not accept responsibility for orders that are damaged, stolen or lost once they have been delivered.
Please note that all products are subject to availability. If the product you ordered is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund. Product information and availability is subject to change without notice.
We hope you love everything you buy from us, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to offer a refund or an exchange on the following conditions:
- An item is in unused and in saleable condition, including any stickers, instructional diagrams/leaflets, accessories, etc.
- You have contacted email@example.com to authorize your return
- You have returned an item to us within 14 days of you receiving the order
- Proof of purchase is presented
- The items is not a sale item or end of line item purchased during a promotional event
Please ensure to pack the item securely and remember to include your details inside the parcel and the reason for return. Please use traceable delivery service as we cannot refund or exchange any returned items lost or damaged in the post – the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. It is best to keep the proof of postage in case you have to make a claim in the event of loss or damage.
We will inspect items as soon as they arrive and, if they comply with the conditions above, we will happily organise a refund or credit and will notify you by e-mail once it has been processed. We will process your return as quickly as we can, but please allow 7 working days (not including weekends or public holidays) for your refund or credit to be processed.
We can only refund postage costs if we have sent you the wrong item or if the item is faulty. Otherwise, shipping charges are not refunded or credited.
Gift vouchers will not be exchanged and are not subject to returns for credit or refunds. Gift vouchers can not be used to buy more gift vouchers. The seller will not replace a gift voucher code that is lost or stolen after being received.
All content on this website including logos, trade names, product images, graphics, fonts, text is the intellectual property of Notes to Self Ltd or its suppliers. You may not use, reproduce, publish, copy, sell or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any content of this website without written permission from us. Any violation of Notes to Self Ltd intellectual property rights may result in legal action without further notice.
Liability and Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notes to Self disclaims all warranties, representations, and guarantees (whether, express, implied, or statutory), with respect to any product or any information supplied to the buyer by the seller including, but not limited to, warranties of availability, accuracy, non-infringement, completeness, timeliness, currency, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Notes to Self liability to the buyer (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any loss, damage, or injury arising from any defect in, or non-compliance of, a product supplied to the buyer by Notes to Self shall be limited to the price paid by the buyer for that product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notes to Self will not be liable (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss or damage (howsoever caused), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with the buyers access to, use of, or reliance upon, any product or any information supplied to the buyer by the seller.
In lieu of any warranty, condition, or liability by law, the Notes to Self liability in respect of any defect in or failure of the goods supplied, or for any loss, injury, or damage attributable thereto, is limited to making good the replacement or repair of defects arising under normal proper use and maintenance arising solely from faulty design, materials, or workmanship within the guarantee period, if stated, or otherwise within 6 months of the date of supply, provided always that such defective parts are promptly returned to the seller, unless otherwise arranged. All software is excluded from any such warranties.
At the termination of the appropriate period (i.e. guarantee period) all liability on the Notes to Self part ceases.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, negligent, inappropriate or improper operation, maintenance, installation, modification or adjustment.
We reserve the right to change our Terms of Service without notice. The updated Terms of Service version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of this website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. For this reason, you should frequently review these Terms of Service and any other applicable policies.
